Bio Induction Technology

To ensure the efficiency of our inoculants we carry out quality tests

- Count our microorganisms: we measure how many of them go to the seed with the inoculant.
- Evaluate nodules: we count how many we have in the root of our soybean plant and other legumes, and we observe their positioning. Thanks to our technology we are able to have nodules in the main root of the plant. This guarantees a more effective nutrients and energy reach in the development of the crop.
- Measure the nodular dry mass: the number of nodules is important if they are big and heavy. At greater mass, the development of Biological Fixation of Nitrogen is very effective.
An excellent inoculant can reach to concentrate more than 10 billion bacteria per milliliter of inoculant. To achieve this bacterial concentration, the manufacturing process is very important. How are the nodules formed for Biological Nitrogen Fixation?
The inoculation of seeds is a biotechnological process by which two different types of living creatures come together: a microsymbiont (rhizobium) and a macrosymbiont (seed of a legume plant). After the union, the common structure developed is called the nodule. It is there where the beneficiary processes for both parts take place. The legume is the carbonated source needed by the microorganism and it provides the nitrogen needed to produce proteins.
Through our investigative and manufacturing programs we are able to select very specific microorganisms that can associate with the plants to enhance the productivity of the crop.
The development of the crop is greatly conditioned by the availability of nitrogen. Legumes, like soybean, because of its high protein content, must accumulate great quantities of this nutrient (nitrogen) and it cannot be only supplied by the soil. Through inoculation, the Biological Nitrogen Fixation provides a great part of the total nitrogen needed to obtain good growth and quality grains that have a high protein concentration.
What is an Inoculant?
An Inoculant is a biologically prepared solution that is applied in the treatment of seeds, industrially produced with groundbreaking technology, which allows the selected microorganism to stay alive and active so they may fixate the nitrogen to the existing crop.
